Understanding the Vision
For this 7,000 sq. ft. penthouse, the client envisioned a modern, monochromatic home with light interiors. The brief called for a minimalist design that felt sleek, spacious, and timeless.
Planning the Space
In this 7,000 sq. ft. penthouse, we began with multiple furniture layouts and presentations to ensure functionality, balance, and comfort before finalizing the minimalist direction.
Defining the Style
We embraced a minimalist approach with ultra-modern furniture, letting clean lines and sculptural forms define the visual character of each space. The interiors were deliberately kept low-key to allow the furniture to take center stage.
Setting the Color Palette
A grey monochromatic scheme formed the foundation. Subtle variations in tone created depth while maintaining a cohesive, serene atmosphere.
Enhancing Space with Light & Reflection
To emphasize openness, we introduced double-height mirrors on select walls. This not only amplified natural light but also added a bold, architectural statement without cluttering the design.
Furniture as the Hero
We curated ultra-modern pieces with distinctive silhouettes, ensuring each item was both functional and a visual highlight. The variety of shapes and scales kept the minimalist setting dynamic.
Playing with Textures
Within the monochrome palette, we layered different fabrics and finishes — from soft upholstery to sleek surfaces — to create tactile interest without breaking the color story.
Keeping Interiors Low-Key
Walls, ceilings, and fixed elements were kept simple and understated, serving as a calm backdrop to the furniture's form and detail.
Final Styling
Accessories were minimal and purposeful, chosen only to complement the furniture and preserve the uncluttered, light-filled feel of the penthouse.
